Grand Jury returned 18 indictments in November
The Wood County Grand Jury returned 18 indictments on November 9th:
· Jamie Leah Abbott, of Winnsboro, for theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Raymond Lee Alaniz, of Quitman, assault of a family/household member with a previous conviction.
· Christopher Kevin Albritton, of Quitman, unlawful possession of a fire arm.
· Stanley Royce Caldwell, of Winnsboro, for hindering apprehension.
· John Fitzgerald Kennedy Cano, of Mineola, on one count of driving while intoxicated, third offense or more, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
· Bobby Dean Coston, of Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.
· Miles Reagan Davis, of Winnsboro, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Toney Mack Drennan, of Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams, with intent to deliver.
· Richard Delwin Gregory, of Van, Texas, for DWI, third offense or more.
· Fred Allen Hartgraves, of Hawkins, aggravated assault with a dealy weapon.
· Chelsey Ann Hass, of Greenville, Texas, for criminal mischief, $1,500 or more but less than $20,000.
· Charles Allen Murphy, of Diana, Texas, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
· Allen Leroy Stotesbery, of Mineola, for sexual assault.
· Destiny Don Swinney, of Emory, for criminal mischief, $1,500 or more but less than $20,000.
· Joshua Mark Taylor, of Alba, for criminal mischief, $1,500 or more but less than $20,000.
· Kenneth Stephen Threet, of Alba, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Juan Carlos Torres, of Winnsboro, Assault causing bodily injury to a family member - impede breathing.
· Calvin Jason Walker, of Winnsboro, assault of family/household member - impeding breathing and circulation.
