The Wood County Grand Jury returned 17 indictments on June 10th:
· Juan Manuel Arellano-Grenados, of Winnsboro, endangerment of a child.
· Landon Neal Benson, of Winnsboro, on one count of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram with intent to deliver in a drug-free zone and one count of delivery of marijuana, five lbs or less but more than one-quarter ounces, in a drug-free zone.
· Richard Nelson England, of Mineola, for theft, $1,500 or more, less than $20,000.
· Colt Gerald Freudiger, of Winnsboro, assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Michael Wayne Gray, of Quitman, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.
· Jerry Drue Ivicic, theft of copper, less than $20,000.
· Christopher Michael Moore, of Quitman, possession of marijuana, five pounds or less, but more than four ounces, with prior state jail felony conviction.
· Jody Don Osborne, of Pittsburg, assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Taylor Rhodes, of Golden, assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Mike Alvin Ruiz, of Winnsboro, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug-free zone, and one count of delivery of marijuana, five pounds or less but more than four ounces in a drug-free zone.
· Corey Marcus Waits, of Quitman, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle; use or exhibit of a deadly weapon.
