Grand Jury returns 24 indictments April 8th
On April 8th, the Wood County Grand Jury returned 24 indictments
· Jason Wayne Bohannon, of Quitman, on one count of possession of marijuana, four ounces or less, more than tow ounces, one count of resisting arrest, and one count of assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Deeanna Fae Conner, of Winnsboro, for endangering a child.
· Toni Michele Cypert, of Leesburg, Texas, for a false alarm or report of emergency.
· Andrew Dean French, of Pittsburg, Texas, for burglary of a habitation.
· Al Randolph James, of Mineola, for theft of property, under $1,500, with two or more previous theft convictions, and with prior felony convictions.
· Gary Don LaFon, of Mineola, possession of marijuana, over four ounces, under five lbs with prior felony conviction.
· Sara M. Findley, of Nashville, Arkansas, assault causing bodily injury/fsmily violence.
· Larry Don Osbourn, of Mineola, assault family/house member - impeding breathing/circulation.
· Doyle Gene Pierce, of Alba, one count of making a false report to police officers, one count of assault causing bodily injury, and one count of assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Kayla Noele Probasco, of Hawkins, for endangering a child.
· Daniel Alexander Reyes, of Quitman, for sexual assault of a child.
· Stanley Michael Self, of Sulphur Springs, for assault of family/household member - impeding breathing/circulation.
· Kristopher Dale Vickers, for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Willie Samuel Walls, of Quitman, for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
· Mindy Wood Whittiker, of Quitman, for endangering a child.
· Shawn Timothy Wilcox, of Hawkins, for injury child/elderly/disabled person with intentional bodily injury.
