Three convicted on drug-related charges this month
On August 24th, William Allen Henson, of Winnsboro, entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 - four grams or more and less than 200 grams. Henson was arrested in Winnsboro on Sept. 29, 2008, for this offense by the Wood County Sheriff's Department. Henson was sentenced to eight years in prison.
On August 13th, following a revocation of community supervision, Lloyd W. House II, of Tyler, entered a plea of true and Judge Tim Boswell sentenced him to seven years in prison. His offense was possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, methamphetamine, one gram or more and less than four grams, with intent to deliver. House was arrested on July 20th, 2005 for this offense by the Mineola Police department, the Wood County Sheriff's Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety.
On August 10th, following a revocation of community supervision, Deborah Sadler, of Mineola, entered a plea of true and Judge Boswell sentenced Sadler to 10 years in prison. Her offense was possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, methamphetamine, four grams or more and less than 200 grams, with intent to deliver. Sadler was arrested on Sept. 8th, 2006 for this offense by the Wood County Sheriff's Department.
