Wood County Grand Jury returns 41 indictments

On February 12th, the Wood County Grand Jury returned 41 indictments.
· Daniel Allan Bacco, of Hawkins, tampering with a witness.
· Kevin Don Bearden, of Winnboro, delivery of a dangerous drug.
· Mikel Leslie Cain, of Quitman, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
· Christopher Caraway, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams, with intent to deliver.
· Karl Nicholas Chapman, of Ore City, Texas, for the unauthorized use of a vehicle.
· Gregory Jene Cole, of Winnsboro, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, under one gram, with intent to deliver and one count of manufacture of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.
· Tracie Lee Henson, of Winnsboro, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.
· John Edward Hill, of Alba, possession of a controlled substance, under 28 grams with intent to deliver and with prior felony convictions.
· Ola Mae Horn, of Hawkins, for bail jumping and failure to appear.
· Odis Davis Lawrence, of Alba, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.
· Takesha Nicole Lies, of Tyler, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Wendel Lee Miller, of Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver.
· Aaron Lamon Muse, of Tyler, on one count of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Larry Joe Phelan, of Quitman, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Julius Clinton Randolph, of Kilgore, possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams with intent to deliver.
· Daniel Jacob Reznikoff, of Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Sammy Lynn Rushing, of Winnsboro, on one count of possession of a controlled substance, 28 grams with intent to deliver, one count of harassment of a public servant, one count of criminal mischief - over $1,500 and under $20,000 damages, one count of harassment by person in a detention facility and one count of intentional bodily injury.
· Brandt Ryan Shamburger, of Hawkins, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
· Terri Lynn Stine, of Mineola, for fraud.
· Charles Wilburn, of Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance, under 28 grams with intent to deliver, with prior state jail felony convictions.
