Couple arrested again on drug charges


On September 29th, Allen Henson, 49, of Winnsboro, was arrested along with his wife, Tracie Henson, 40, for possession of methamphetamine. This was the Henson's second arrest within two weeks.

This time, the pair was in a white Mustang and failed to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Mike Taylor and Sgt. Mark Miller conducted the traffic stop on Hwy 154 Allen Henson at FM 515.

A K-9, Rico, from the Wood County Sheriff's Department, alerted on the vehicle. The methamphetamine was found on Mrs. Henson. Approximately two ounces of methamphetamine were seized. It is believed that the Henson¬Ęs were headed to Winnsboro to distribute the substance.
