Grand Jury returns 14 indictments

The Wood County grand Jury returned 14 indictments June 26th.

· Joseph Wayne Bearden, of Winnsboro, for DWI, third offense or more.
· Clarke Dennis Grattet, of Quitman, for theft - $20,00 or more and less than $100,000.
· Michael E. Hibbler, of Mineola, for burglary of a building.
· Charles Allen Mathews, of Yantis, for delivery of marijuana - over one-quarter ounce and under five lbs - in a drug-free zone.
· Brittny Ann McCoy, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance - over four grams and under 200 grams - with intent to deliver.
· William Bryan Moser, of Hawkins, for evading arrest/detention, with a vehicle.
· Arica Nicole Pondexter, of Winnsboro, on one count of delivery of a controlled substance - over one gram, and one count of possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
· Sara Elizabeth Stokley, of Winnsboro, for possession of a controlled substance - over one gram and under four grams.
· Kimberly Ann Thomas, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, for tampering with a witness.
· Christopher Eugene Tuck, of Mesquite, Texas, for possession of a controlled substance - over four grams and under 200 grams - with intent to deliver.
