Wood County Grand Jury Returns 78 indictments

The Wood County Grand Jury returned 38 indictments on March 31st and 40 indictments April 24th.

The March indictments are:
· Michael Don Armstrong for sexual assault of a child.
· Michael Nathaniel Arnold of Mineola for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle with prior felony convictions.
· Tony Martin Caler of Mineola for two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear.
· Kevin Levi Champang of Mineola for conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
· Clayton Davis of Winnsboro for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
· Brandon Scott Cheatum of Quitman for burglary of a habitation.
· Refugio Amador Diaz of Quitman for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance over four grams and under 200 grams.
· Russell Darrell Farmer of Winnsboro for driving while intoxicated - third offense or more.
· Eddie Charles Fletcher of Quitman - possession of a controlled substance over four grams and under 200 grams in a drug-free zone.
· Christopher Gibson of Mineola, one count of possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams with intent to deliver; one count of possession of a controlled substance - one gram - with intent to deliver with prior felony convictions and one count for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance with prior felony convictions.
· Oscar Palacios Gonzales of Mineola - accident involving injury/death.
· Lawrence Corneliou of Mineola for criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
· Thomas Allen Lennon of Alba for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Steven Dale Morris of Quitman for one count of DWI - third offense or more; one count of aggravated assault against a public servant; one count of unlawful possession of a firearm; one count of evading arrest with a motor vehicle and one count of criminal mischief - over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Ronald Elaine Mullins of Hawkins, two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· Tony Lynn Pope of Winnsboro for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Justin David Lee Powell of Winnsboro for burglary of a habitation.
· James Richard Roberts of Anaheim, California, for theft - $1,500 or more and less than $20,000.
· Edward Franklin Voyles of Quitman, possession of a controlled substance under one gram with a prior felony conviction.
· Melissa Sue Walker of Mineola for credit card or debit card abuse.
· Cary Don Whitney of Holly Lake Ranch for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Mistie Renee Whitney of Holly Lake Ranch - one count for possession of a controlled substance under one gram and one count for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
The April 24th indictments are:
· Brian Albert Berry of Quitman for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Frances Clark of Mineola for bail jumping and failure to appear.
· Micah Loyd Cunningham of Honeygrove, Texas, for possession of marijuana - over four ounces and under five pounds.
· Laura Harrod Darby of Winnsboro for delivery of a dangerous drug.
· Robert Floyd Darby of Winnsboro for driving while intoxicated - third offense of more.
· David Derwood Davis of Winnsboro for DWI - third offense or more.
· Shona Renee Dunn on two counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals/torture.
· Amanda Nichol English of Alba for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· John Patrick Huggins of Winnsboro for theft of copper - under $20,000.
· Shannon Kathleen Jacobs of Hawkins - abandonment/endangerment of a child/negligence.
· Erica Johns of Hawkins for forgery of a financial instrument.
· Heather Ann Long of Sulphur Springs for theft - over $1,500 and under $20,000 aggregate amount.
· Douglas Wayne McBride of Mineola for one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
· Delilah Cross McRoy of Yantis for hindering apprehension/prosecution of a known felon.
· Javier Alvarez Mendez of Winnsboro for DWI - third offense or more.
· Jason Lamont Mitchell of Canton, Texas, for possession of marijuana - over four ounces and under five pounds.
· Brandon Irving Nichols of Quitman for the burglary of a building.
· Lacy Nieto of Grand Saline for possession of marijuana - more than four ounces and less than, or equal to, five pounds.
· Theo Jermaine Nobles of Quitman on one count for delivery of marijuana - over ¼ lb and less than five pounds; one for possession of marijuana - over four ounces and under five pounds and one count of delivery of marijuana, drug-free zone.
· Michael Don Phillips of Lemmon, South Dakota for possession of marijuana under one gram.
· James Brian Pylant of Winnsboro on one count of possession of a controlled substance under one gram and one count of possession of certain materials to manufacture a controlled substance.
· Jesus J. Rosas of Mineola for evading arrest with a vehicle.
· Ray Ramone Silva of Winnsboro on one count of deadly conduct and one count of arson.
· Tammy Lynette Smith of Starke, Louisiana, for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Jeffrey Mitchell Walls of Quitman for theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Brandon Dale Webb of Winnsboro for possession of a controlled substance under one gram.
· Charles Pope Weissert of Alba on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of assault causing serious bodily injury.
· Lisa Gail Wright (a.k.a. Culpepper, Lisa Gail) of Winnsboro for delivery of a controlled substance under one gram.
