The Wood County Grand Jury returned 41 indictments
on February 26th.

· Chad Lee Adams of Yantis for injury to a child.
· Joe Earl Brown of Hawkins, on two counts of sexual assault (enhanced).
· Oscar Cabrera of Tyler, sexual assault - child.
· Tony Martin Caler of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams.
· Kenneth Douglas Capehart of Winnsboro, theft of property, over $20,000 and under $100,000.
· Nathan Mark Coker of Yantis, theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Christopher Aaron Davis of Quitman, theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Sean Clay Wallace Earle, of Quitman, theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Nathan Bryan Evans, of Quitman, for forgery of a financial instrument.
· Richard Alan Graham, of Brownsboro, Texas, for theft of more than ten head of livestock.
· William Earl Graham, of Murchison, Texas, theft of over ten head of livestock, under $100,000.
· Rodrick Wayne Jackson, of Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.
· Justin Kizer, of Winnsboro, for evading arrest with a vehicle.
· Kelly Deane Longoria, of Mineola - one count of possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and under four grams, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.
· Scott Douglas Marbut, of Chandler, Texas, DWI, third offense or more.
· Mary Frances Martinez, of Yantis, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
· James Roy Glenn Massey, of Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance, over one gram and less than four grams.
· Elpidio Rios Murillo, of Sulphur Springs, for DWI with a child passenger.
· Donald Arthur McKethan, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Franklin Albert Pearce, of Mineola, aggravated sexual assault - child.
· Jack Thomas Scroggins, of Quinlan, Texas, indecency with a child/sexual contact.
· Jerry Don Short, of Quitman, theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· James Michael Speers, of Winnsboro, indecency with a child/sexual contact.
· Wendi Dawn Warren, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
