Grand Jury returns 19 indictments December 17th

On December 17th the Wood County Grand Jury returned a total of 19 indictments.

Manuel Alvarado, of Mineola, for criminal mischief, over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Edwardo (Eddie) Gomez Candelario, of Mineola, criminal mischief, over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Epifanio Carranza III, of Bryan, Texas, criminal mischief, over $1,500 and under $20,000.

John Edward Carranza, of Quitman, criminal mischief, over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Raymond Dwayne Cates, of Lindale, possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.

Alicia Jean Craig, of Mineola, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Bill Dougherty, of Como, Texas, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.

Karen Ruthe Hodges, of Winnsboro, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, under 28 grams in a drug-free zone.

Darron Johnson, of Mineola, for evading arrest with a vehicle.

Gary Don Leach, of Mineola, for DWI p third offense or more.

Juan Martine Mata, of Mineola, criminal mischief, over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Timothy Robin Nelson, of Lindale, possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams.

Roberto Carlos Palacios, of Mineola, for criminal mischief over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Vicki Lynn Smith, of Alba, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver.

Brandon Phillips Soles, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.

Monte Keith Young, of Mineola, for theft, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
