HCDC directors voted to fund water and sewer hookups at an estimated cost of $2,500 and to contract with a professional painter for the painting of the food preparation area and two restrooms in the new concession building. The cost estimate for this work with a special sealer type paint is $3,380. The concrete floors are also to be coated with a sealer as a part of this phase of the project.
Board members also discussed the need to move forward with the electrical hookups at the concession building.
The next meeting of the HCDC is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9 at 4 p.m. A special meeting of the board can be called with 72-hours public notice.
