Grand Jury Indictments totaled 69 over past two months

 The Wood County Grand Jury returned 23 indictments on August 7th and 46 indictments on September 18th.

Here are the August indictments:
· John Michael Baker, of Winnsboro, for burglary of a habitation.
· Steven Tracy Compton, of Mineola, for burglary of a building.
· Kevin Ramon Erwin, of Hawkins, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
· Austin Gray, of Quitman, aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· Charles Franklin Landers, of Sulphur Springs, abandon/endangering a child/criminal negligence.
· Charles Duane Malone, of Granbury, Texas, for DWI, third offense or more.
· Jasmond Omar McGill, on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· William Tyrell McKinney, of Yantis, for burglary of a habitation.
· David Osornio, of Mineola, for indecency with a child/sexual contact.
· Cody Wade Reed, of Mineola, theft of a firearm.
· Oscar Francisco Robles, of Canton, for possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Ladarean Oneal Sampson, on two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of burglary.
· Jared Wayne Scoggins, of Quitman, burglary of a building
· Joe Ray Starnes, of Winnsboro, for evading arrest with a vehicle.
· Cirilo Martine Tolentino, of Tyler, for bailing jumping and failure to appear.
· Timothy Vaughn, of Winnsboro, on one count of theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000, and one count of burglary.
· Jason Craig Williams, of Winnsboro, on one county of theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000, and one count of burglary.
· Kenneth Ray Yarber, of Mineola, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Here are the September indictments:
· Robin Elaine Adams, of Mineola, intoxication/assault.
· Brandon Keith Anderson, of Ore City, Texas, theft of a firearm.
· Jeffrey Wayne Boone, of Hawkins, theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Melissa Sue Bryan, on two counts of child endangerment.
· Billy Charles Cockerham, of Quitman, on one count of possession of a controlled substance with a prior felony conviction and one count of theft,$1,500 or more and less than $20,000 with prior felony convictions.
· Jimmie Don Compton, II, of Quinlan, Texas, for burglary of a building.
· Erin Patrick Corrior, of Quitman, for credit card abuse.
· James Harold Griffin, Jr., of Mineola, burglary of a habitation.
· June Marie Gulledge, of Sulphur Springs, for possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Jesse Wagner Henry, of Holly Lake Ranch, for assault of a public servant.
· Michael Allen Henson, of Winnsboro, for possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· John Lee Hicks, Jr., of Winnsboro, for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
· Timothy Keith Huff, Jr., of Scurry, Texas, sexual assault of a child.
· Emmett Leon Lambert, of Grand Saline, for possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Kelly Deane Longoria, of Mineola, for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance - over one gram and under four grams.
· Cody Matthew McDonald, of Hawkins, on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Alford Cruz Molina, of Tyler, indecency with a child/sexual contact.
· Nicole Danielle Myers, of Yantis, credit card or debit card abuse.
· Sergio Nevarez, Jr., of Mineola, for assault against a public servant.
· Timothy Parmer, of Mineola, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Frances Kay Ramirez, of Yantis, abandonment/endangerment of a child/imminent danger/bodily injury.
· Bobby Gene Rigby, of Mineola, aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· Brandon Forrest Roberts, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, over four grams and under 200 grams with intent to deliver.
· Capret Laprice Ross, of Mineola, theft of property, under $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.
· Ralph Lloyd Shelton, of Golden, injury to a child.
· Edward Wayne Smith, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver.
· James Darren Smith, of Como, Texas, two counts of endangering a child.
· Rodrict Monroe Smith, of Mineola, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Kyle Ray Taylor, Jr., of Quitman, exhibiting firearms on a campus or school bus.
