Wood County Grand Jury Returns total of 36 indictments

 The Wood County Grand Jury returned 22 indictments May 21st and 14 on June 6th.

These are the May 21st indictments:
· Keith Vincent Asberry, of Winnsboro for the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
· Michael Charles Bandy, of Alba, for DWI, third offense or more.
· Houston Scott Carpenter, of Grand Saline, for theft of property, over $1,500 and under $20,000.
· Brian David Curry, of Canton, for forgery of a financial instrument.
· Lonnie Leo Graham, of Larue, Texas, for burglary of a habitation.
· Benny Joe Hammonds, on three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· Carl Leonard Lively, of Palestine, Texas, for aggravated robbery.
· Adam Nathaniel Luttrell, of Kansas City, Kansas, for DWI with a child under 15 years-old in the vehicle.
· Bruce Allen McDowell, of Mineola, for attempted burglary of a habitation.
· Derrell McDowell, of Mineola, for attempted burglary of a habitation.
· Carlos Jay Miller, of Winnsboro, for improper photo/visual recording without consent.
· Nicole Danielle Myers, of Hawkins, for possession and fraudulent use of identifying items.
· Franklin Albert Pearce, of Mineola, two counts of sexual assault of a child.
· William Rushing, of Yatis, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Kenneth Ralph Schmidt, of Alba, sex offender, failure to comply w/law.
· Cirilo Martine Tolentino, of Tyler, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Brandon Wade Weems, of Winnsboro, for injury to an elderly individual.
These are the June 6th indictments:
· Christopher Carraway, of Longview, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, over one gram, under four grams.
· Matthew Taylor Clark, theft of wire/cable, 50 percent aluminum, bronze, copper, under $20,000.
· Stephena Lee-elle Hasten of Mineola, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· Barbara Elaine Keasler, of Tyler, for hindering the apprehension/prosecution of a known felon.
· Darwin Dwain Kimmel, of Gayle, Texas, aggravated assault of a child.
· Joseph Leon Parke, of Alba, escape from custody - felony arrest or penal institution.
· Taliaferro Samory Price, of Hawkins, one count of credit card abuse and one count of robbery.
· Michael Jared Segroves, of Hawkins, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
· Chester Spaust, of Hawkins, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.
· Billy Joe Tani, of Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· John Thomas West, of Granbury, Texas, aggravated sexual assault of a child.
